Change or update your contact information

You can likely update your address online, if you’re in Canada. If you’re outside of Canada, you’ll most likely need to get in touch with the visa office that serves your region.

Add, change or cancel a representative

A representative can be a citizenship or immigration consultant, lawyer, friend or family member, or someone else you know. You don’t need to have a representative to submit or update an application. Make sure you know the steps to add, change or remove a representative.
